  • Prescription lenses and custom orders are only eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect prescription fulfillment.

  • Prescription glasses with correct fulfillment

  • Used, worn, or damaged products

  • Clearance or discounted sale items

  • Accessories that have been opened or used

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

4. Refund Methods and Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the product is returned and inspected.

  • EasyPaisa and JazzCash refunds are transferred to the original account.

  • COD refunds are issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash after verification.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is caused by VistaLens (e.g., incorrect product, damaged delivery), return shipping is covered by us.

  • If returned for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for non-prescription frames, subject to availability.

  • If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
